The PAPILLON estate was created in 2000 by the PAPILLON family in the village of Péronne, between Viré and Clessé, in the heart of the Mâcon vineyards. The vineyard measures 19 hectares. The Papillon family cultivates the vineyard with the greatest respect for the environment and produces white, red and rosé wines as well as Burgundy Crémants. The estate is now managed by Stéphane Lavoignat, married to Florence Papillon.
