Located in the centre of the village of Fuissé in the Mâconnais region, Domaine ROMANIN has known five generations of wine producers. After studying at the Macon-Davayé wine school (lycée viticole), Denis VERVIER took over the management of the family-owned domaine in 1998. This "artisan-vigneron" produces very fine Burgundy wines, which regularly pick up awards. His quiet nature hides a unique know-how and an unconditional love for the vine. His secret: to constantly strive to obtain grapes of perfect maturity in order to bring out their finest expression. Today the domaine has 12 ha of vines (Pouilly-Fuissé, Mâcon-Fuissé, Mâcon-Solutré), all sustainably grown.
