Andrée and René THIBERT, who come from 8 generations of winegrowing families, created their own estate in the heart of the village of Fuissé, in the south of the Mâconnais, in 1967. Today, their 2 children, Sandrine and Christophe, manage an estate on which all the southern Mâconnais appellations are represented.

The vineyards are cultivated using sustainable growing methods to respect the soils and the vines while adapting to the climate. The estate has been successfully bringing out the terroirs for 20 years now. Their wines come exclusively from the fruit of their own vineyards, enabling a careful management of the production process, from the ploughing of the soil to the bottling of the wine.

The winemaking and ageing are carried out in tanks or oak barrels for up to as long as 24 months, depending on the wines. The quality of the grapes, the natural stability of the wines and the proper management of the ageing process enable them to produce fine wines for cellar-ageing.
