Since 1943, located on the heights of the village of Castries, between sea and mountain, the Domaine SAINT-JEAN DE L'ARBOUSIER shelters a whole family of passionate since several generations. This former property of the Knights Templar dating back to 1245, has belonged to the family for 4 generations, who knew, in turn, to grow the family farm. Nicolas and Beatrice Viguier joined their parents on the estate in 2010 and quickly made the choice to work with organic growing methods. Today, the vineyard, consisting of 40 hectares surrounded by arbousiers and pins parasols, covers 10 different grape varieties.
