Located in Montpeyroux, about thirty kilometers from Montpellier, is the vineyard of AUPILHAC , dominated by the two grape variety : Mourvèdre and Carignan. Born into a passionate winemakers family since 5 generations, Sylvain Fadat is at the head of this examplary estate led in organic growing and biodynamics. Beyond the management of the 25 hectares of vines, which are mostly in red, Sylvain and his wife Désirée are ambassadors of the traditional Languedocian heritage and are real pioneers to find new terroirs. The wines of this area are the best in the region and are appreciated for their richness, balance and cross the vintages with ease.
