Domaine CHOPIN, located in the village of Comblanchien, in the extreme south of the Côte de Nuits, is a family domaine going back six generations. Today, it is managed by Arnaud Chopin and his brother, Alban, two young, dynamic and dedicated winemakers who have made profound changes to their winegrowing practices: a considerable decrease in yields, major work carried out on the soils to enable the finest expression of the terroirs (use of ploughing and the banning of herbicides) and very careful ageing. This has enabled the domaine's wines to take on their full dimension. Arnaud and Alban always try to obtain maximum extraction to create fresh and fruity wines. Using sustainable growing methods on an area of 10 hectares, the domaine produces 10 appellations.
