Created in 2000, the SARRAT de GOUNDY estate is a family business managed by Claude and Rosy CALIX and their son Olivier. This 72 hectare estate is situated in the municipality of Armissan, between Narbonne and the Mediterranean coast, in the heart of the superb terroir of La Clape, a unique and protected site. The vineyard, cultivated with sustainable agricultural methods and gradually being converted to organic farming, produces a wide range of grape varieties typical of the South of France: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Marselan for AOC red wines, Bourboulenc, Roussanne, Maccabeu, Viognier and Malvoisie for the whites.
