Château CADORIN is located in the village of Pierrerue (Hérault), near Bézier. This 35-ha family-owned domaine has been managed since 1985 by Jacques BELLOT, a former teacher who is passionate about the vine. He was convinced that this region could produce great wines. In 1995, his children, Karine and Lionel, two dedicated and dynamic young wine producers, made important changes to the viticutural practices: a significant reduction in the yields and extensive work on the soil to obtain the finest expression of the Saint Chinian terroirs. In 1997, the family bought a winery located at the foot of the Fontjun pass, a magnificent site which is steeped in history (the former owners say King Louis XIV once visited it).
