In the Languedocien hinterland, in the hollow of the hills, is located Garrigues where it's possible to find the grape heritage of the Gravegeal family. The origin of the castle ROUMANIERES dates back to the 13th century, this farmer commandery made up of agricultural buildings was a place of rest for the pilgrims of Saint-Jacques of Compostela. Since 1987, this family estate of 6 generations, managed by Matthieu Gravegeal, has been restructured to build a cellar for the sale of their wines.
