The GUYOT family is one of the oldest in Marsannay-la-Côte. Since 1990, Olivier GUYOT has managed the family estate by himself, which extends from Marsannay-la-Côte to Chambolle-Musigny. The estate is made up of many small plots spread over 18 hectares, all worked using sustainable agricultural methods with the greatest care given to the vineyard and the grapes: vineyards ploughed by cart-horse, controlled yields, harvesting undertaken exclusively by hand and strict sorting of the grapes produce exceptional wines.
