Located in Poligny and after more than thirty years of experience in family estate, Jean-Luc Morel decides to hand over to his son Valentin. During his Alsatian experiences, Valentin learned the methods of soil conservation and because this, he promotes soil life in the 7 hectares of vineyard. All the beautiful vines are worked under the name « Les Pieds sur Terre » and recently, the AOC Côtes du Jura are being converted to an organic and biodynamic agriculture focused on preserving the terroir and the fruit.
