Domaine OLIVIER, managed by Antoine  Olivier since 2002, was created in the late 60's by Hervé Olivier with a few vines inherited from his grandfather. It includes 11 hectares of vines, mainly in Santenay and mainly white varieties (60%), which is an exception in the Santenay area. The domaine also produces Savigny les Beaune and Pommard reds and, more recently, Rully Saint Jacques whites. The vines are worked according to ancestral methods, without pesticides or herbicides. The wines are produced in the same spirit - as naturally as possible.
